I’m currently shopping around for a VPS host provider for my learndash website that has video streaming. Here is what I found so far:
Hostgator- surprisingly does not have SSD Drives for their VPS hosting packages. They only have SSD Drives for dedicated hosting. Obviously, won’t be going with them because of this issue. On another note, they do have great phone support.
Bluehost- Is more expensive than Hostgator and offers less.
InMotion- I really like this company. They offer VPS hosting at $54.99 a month on a 3 year contract with 8 gb ram and unlimited core. They also pick up the phone every time I call. However, I read in a few places that they have a weird glitch where Elementor contact forms take up to 10 seconds to process.
Namehero- no phone support. This concerns me because I want to be able to quickly get in touch with someone if I have an issue.
A2 Hosting- This is the company I wanted to go with. They have SSD Drives for their VPS hosting packages, anytime refunds, and competitive pricing. I can get 8gb ram and 8 cores for $50 a month. The problem is their phone support is non-existent. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them all day with no luck. I wait on hold for 15minutes every call and then get a pre-recorded message telling me no agents are available.
Are there any other companies you could recommend?
I’m looking for a provider that has good phone support, SSD Servers for their VPS hosting, and no weird glitches. I’m leaning towards A2 Hosting, but hoping there’s a better option out there. A2 Hosting’s phone support is non-existant; if I run into a technical error then it may not get fixed. Please help. Thanks!
