I've been trying to find a solution for a simple zip code search on a database, so that people can check if a company offers home service in their city.

I'd like to come up with a list of cities or zip codes, then have a simple search box on my homepage where people can input their zip code and return a line message saying something like “great! we offer service here” or “I'm sorry we are too far”.

I don't need to show a map or distance to a particular location. I only need a message line saying yes or no.

Is this something easy to do?

I've seen something similar to this on the landing page of instacart.com, but my low website developing expertise stops me from figuring this out 🙁

    Thank you!

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any off the shelf solutions for that.
