Can anyone tell me how to remove apparent malicious links from a site? The site was scanned by my paid Malcare plugin and that report said that the site was clean. They even had email conversations with me to confirm that the scan had been done twice and was definitely clean. The site is hosted by Siteground and they use Sucuri scanner. SG has told me they will take down the site in 7 days because some links are still infected. They want me to sign up to Sucuri premium for $199 and have them clean the links up. I have downloaded all of the files in the hosting to local and nothing problematic according anti virus (Trend Micro). It feels like SG is trying to push me into a corner to have me pay for the Sucuri service. Or it may even be Sucuri holding it over SG. Whatever the reason, does anyone have an easy fix solution out there for me. I do not even know how to access the links. Here is the Sucuri report: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/trustnature.com.au/
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks all

Did you ask Malcare why the Securi scanner is reporting that it's not clean?

I know their scanner is saying there is Malware, but I don't see anything wrong.
