I recently purchased Memberpress and have been sitting on my set up for about the last month or so. I began setting up in earnest and I was stuck at a point I could not seem to rectify. I emailed and I got a response about a day later that did not fix my issue. So with that I have been at a stand still. I've both responded to the original email, and subsequently sent 2 more, 1 expressing my issue was still not resolved, and then just a general one asking if I would normally have to  at least 2 days every time I may have an issue for response. i.e., If what they tell me doesn't work, do I have to now wait again 2 days for a response? Wrote it in business language, nothing inflammatory or anything else. have waited more than the posted “1 to 2 days” response time (actually its now 4 days for one, and into the third day for the second and still nothing.
I only ask because I purchased via your recommendations and want to know if you feel this is normal in using this product. If it is, I may need to do something (as in move to another product like Restrict Content or such and just chalk this up as failed) different for this in my situation is unacceptable. I had such high hopes originally, and actually still do if this is just a fluke, but I'm trying to find out if it is, or this is something of the norm.
