QuestionsHow do I connect a menu to posts in Elementor?
asked 2 years ago

I created several menus in WP. Brought one menu into Elementor.

The menu is created using Categories and Tags.

How do I get the items that are selected in the menu to show up in a 4 column view?

There are several posts that have been set up with a featured image and categorized by category and tags.

I've tried the portfolio widget and posts widget. When the category and tags are selected the images show up but how do i get the nav bar to show only those selected images?

Going out of my mind.

Here’s link. Click on Paid Social to see all the tags. This page is kinda a mess. The first div is a portfolio widget.

Forgot to mention: Portfolio widget will not work. I have multiple tags: ie: 2018_Q1, 2017_Q1, Q2, Q3, etc. There’s no way to create the filter bar in portfolio widget with cascading tags. or is there??

Sounds like you created menu links to your category and tag pages.

The layout on those pages is generated by your theme.

If you have Elementor Pro, when version 2 is released, you can then use Elementor to create those layouts.
