How would you build a site such as this, that has affiliate links:

Thats quite simple really. You can build the same thing following this tutorial:

The only difference is, when you are adding the products to WooCommerce, you would set the product as an affiliate product. That will make the order button go to the site selling the product.
There are several WooCommerce tutorials on this site.
