QuestionsCSS file error on how to build an online learning course with WordPress 2017

I have been building my online course with the video series. (What a spectacular series that Adam is prepared! .. we appreciate his great work)
On video 9 of 22, at approximately minute 16:27, I downloaded the CSS file which provides color features for the website.

After I cut-and-paste the file and went to save, I got the following error message. “Expected COLON at line 104, col43.”
When I found that Col 43 is between “none” and “repeat”

/* Checkout Colors */
.llms-notice {
background: rgba(46, 84, 44, 0.1); none repeat scroll 0 0;
border-color: #333;
}
Would anyone have suggestions on how to correct?

Yes thanks to WordPress 4.9, there is now a validator which is great.

I would suggest this in its place:

.llms-notice {
background: rgba(46, 84, 44, 0.1);
border-color: #333;
}

Also you can replace the rgba(46, 84, 44, 0.1) with your color code of choice. For example #333333
