    Hello,

Thank you Adam! Without your amazing tutorials, I never would have created my website!

    Here's my dilemma:

I'm using Elementor with Astra, and my desktop site is fully developed. I'm formatting for the mobile view. When I toggle between desktop view and mobile view, only one page out of 5 is reformatting appropriately.

Specifically, the images / content should resize on all views: desktop, mobile and tablet. I have 5 pages on my main menu, the same pages that came standard with the theme. Only 1 out of 5 pages appropriately resizes the content, regardless of the view. As such, the automated formatting function works on only one page.

I have searched Astra, WP, elementor & web resources with no luck. The mobile formatting resources I found speak to manual picture and block alignment, etc. They do not refer to the automated formatting functions.

Could there be a setting at the “page” level that I'm missing? I can't seem to find differences between pages, including image size.

    Thanks so much! 🙂

They should adjust perfectly. Perhaps there is a plugin installed on your website which is causing the issue.

Have you tried disabling all but the necessary plugins to see what happens then?

    Hello again Adam,

I just sent my reply when I thought of something: In WP, you can choose to Edit with Elementor, or Edit with WordPress. Throughout my process, I was very careful not to edit with WP, per your recommendation. However, a few times I did click edit with WP, but made no changes and immediately got out of there… how I did so, I can't recall.

Could entering into the WP edit realm and then exiting be causing the auto format issue?

    Thanks again! Grinning

Hello… I see that my initial reply is in space somewhere. No worries, here it is again:

    Hello Adam!

Thanks again for replying, sorry for my delay. Looking at the plugins is a great idea. My active plugins are all essential, so I did not perform your test. However, I attached a list of my active plugins, so if you recommend I perform the test on one or all of them, please let me know. I hesitate to test unless absolutely certain… I could break something. Slight Smile

The inactive plugin list is also attached. Here's a thought: Could I have activated a plugin, realized it wasn't what I wanted, then deactivated it causing the auto format to break?

Thanks again, Adam! I really appreciate your help.

Wishing you and yours health and happiness!
